Lisa Martin
- Managing Director
Lisa founded Go Fi8ure in 2002, recognising a need for efficient, accurate, mobile and on-site financial administration and accounts management for small businesses around the Wellington Region.
She did this armed with 20 years of financial and accounting experience, that includes 14 years as a finance manager for an international company, as well as a Diploma of Business specialising in Management Accounting and Human Resources.
Lisa shares with you her skills and experience through participating in a range of different services at any level. She can provide on-site training for financial staff, facilitate with tax compliance issues, implement and organise a system or can fully manage the financial aspects of your business - leaving you free to work on the things you love.
Through Lisa’s vision and hard work, Go Fi8ure continues to grow, offering increasingly comprehensive services for small businesses. Since Go Fi8ure ’s inception the number of staff has steadily increased, resulting in a team with a wide variety of skills . These skills, both unique and diverse, work together with Lisa’s training and unwavering commitment to her business and clients to give you more effective financial solutions .
Throughout her years building Go Fi8ure and working with clients from many different kinds of small businesses, Lisa continues to enjoy meeting new challenges and has never found a job too tough for her and her team!

Helene Rose-Innes
- Operations Director
Helene joined Go Fi8ure in May 2009 as a senior accountant to clients and the team. Within a very short time Helene’s skills and strengths have allowed her to lead by example, and take Go Fi8ure to new levels, leading the quality and quantity of our work to bigger heights.
Apart from being a person who was born to go the extra mile she’s a proud self-starter, highly motivated and focused, has a meticulous approach to detail and a fabulous sense of humour in the face of a never ending string of deadlines.
Helene manages and mentors our team and is the next point of contact for you to contact should the relevant Mobile Accountant not be available. In her 20 years of servicing clients in disciplines such as International Consultancy, Security Management, Engineering, Food Retail, Telecommunications, and the Automotive industry, Helene has mastered MYOB, QuickBooks, Pastel and ACCPac.
And you’ll love this - Helene ran her own bookkeeping business in South Africa! At last, another mobile accountant who understands your business! She has done the bookkeeping for multiple entities with all the complexities of being accountable for her own business and success.
Over the coming months Helene is tasked with growing the team, cementing the client relationships to encompass the team, and help us to further let our values of efficiency and excellence shine through in our work.

Gina Dittmer
- Associate Mobile Accountant
Gina joined Go Fi8ure in February 2009. Initially she was to train as a graduate and support sales and marketing whilst continuing her university studies.
However with a strong focus on detail and deadlines Gina has risen through the ranks to be the most mobile “Mobile Accountant” on the team, servicing the Hutt Valley clients and the prestigious boutique SME’s in Wellington, Gina has mastered MYOB, Quantum, Money Works and Real Estate Manager – believe us, no client is too tough for this mobile!

Jamie Nicholas
- Associate Mobile Accountant
With a few years worth of work experience in the business world under his belt before joining Go Fi8ure, Jamie graduated from Victoria University in 2007 with a double degree.
He majored in a unique range of subjects which included Accounting, Commercial Law and Chemistry.
Jamie brings both a new dimension and valuable business expertise to the Go Fi8ure team.
When not hitting the books at Go Fi8ure, Jamie enjoys spending the rest of his energies playing football for his local club.
